Application instructions for Postdocs

Unless specified differently, to apply for a phd position at our chair, please send the following documents to Dominique Unruh:

• A letter of motivation including how exactly you see your connection to the project or to our chair.
• Indicate clearly which position you are applying to (if applicable).
• Curriculum vitae (please explain your scientific background).
• List of publications.
• A research plan (e.g. 2 pages). The details of this can be discussed but it should be a sensible starting point.
• A summary explaining your phd thesis (if you are recent phd graduate) or your past research.
• At least two academic letters of reference (please ask for the letters to be sent directly to us).
• Phd degree (if you do not have it yet, provide whatever confirmation you can get).

All documents (except the recommendation letters) should be formatted as a single pdf-file. Send your application by email to postdoc.application.ur68hs@rwth.unruh.de. Enquiries can also be directed to this e-mail address.
